Felicitea ~ a taste of happiness

Summer Plum has been hand-blending Felicitea's signature and custom teas for over seven years. Her passion for tea began at a young age, as she watched her mother mix herbal teas to heal any of her family member's ailments. Although she did not particularly find them tasty, she did gain a great understanding and appreciation of herbal properties.

Years later, Summer started to take tea more seriously as she read about tea, experimented with each type, and sought out the experience from other tea blenders. After this intense self-education and tea blending process, she started to blend teas with a friend. Eventually, Summer branched out on her own and started her own tea adventure, Felicitea.

Although Summer is quite the expert when it comes to tea, that doesn't mean she has stopped learning, and is always seeking out new information and continues to create new blends as often as possible. She is not only dedicated to experimenting with her own palette, but also seeks out the taste preferences of others.

In Felicitea's forum, Summer asks the opinion of her customers and greatly appreciates feedback, as she wants to provide them with a blend and tea experience that is unforgettable. To Summer, tea is not a business, but rather a passion that grows stronger with each blend created.

Summer's Favorite Teas:

Morning
Solid Black Tea - Vanilla Spice Tea with a little sugar and milk, because it's brisk, caffeinated and flavorful.

Afternoon
Sloth Tea, which she claims that she could drink for the rest of her life, if she had to choose one tea. She loves Sloth Tea iced, hot, briefly steeped, or left to steep in a pot, as it's flavor gets more complex and the last cup never tastes like the first. To her, Sloth Tea is gentle, smoky, and delightfully sweet with just enough mint to make it refreshing.

Iced
During the warmer months, Summer cools off with an iced Oolong Summer (that she drinks by the liter). She was floored by the refreshing flavor.
