Custom Blends

In each of our signature blends, there exists a flavor, sentiment, and experience that we love to share with you. We also like to leave room for you to experiment with your own palette and create your tea story, which is why we offer a custom blend option.

Custom Teas can be created to compliment a certain meal, a particular palette, a special occasion and to accommodate any food allergies.

After seven years of blending both our signature and customs teas, we have a great understanding of what works together to create a desired taste and experience. We often start with a simple question & answer session, so that we can learn about your tea history, herbal preferences, and overall tea desires. Custom blends have been created for tea experts as well as novices, with whom we discover tea matches through your food choices.

After gathering enough information about your custom blend, our journey begins as we create several batches to share with you in person or through the mail. We work with you until we find a blend that satisfies all your senses and desires. Towards the end of the custom process, we will be able to relay the best brew time, water temperature, and taste difference between hot or iced, as we become an expert with your custom blend.

Through the balance of our tea knowledge and your desires, we are confident that we will create a blend that suits you. We take pride in knowing that our custom blends are not a mix of flavors, but rather an individual creation of herbs, fruits, leaves, stories and memories.

We value this custom process, as it gives us the opportunity to create a personalized blend, while experimenting with new combinations and our own palettes. We look forward to creating a tea with you!

Average cost: $150-$200 per blend

Price will vary based on ingredients and number of samples required to discover your personal blend. Average time to create and chose your custom blend is 4-6 weeks, however we will keep working with you as long as it takes to find your cup of tea.
