Marie Fish, the owner and baker, at Sweetea's is open on 315 E Franklin St in downtown Monroe. She offers breakfast and lunch fare as well as lovely afternoon teas. 

She carries a selection of Felicitea's custom blends and tells us that the Refreshing Afternoon and Floral Jasmine (because it's pink!) are her biggest hits.
