The Things You Learn

Today was a work with the tea day. Sometimes, when working with new ingredients, you learn things you never knew.

Like the first time I was blending with Lavender and ended up with a migraine. It was a special moment of discovery when I realized "oh, I'm allergic!" Now I wear a mask whenever I work with lavender.

Today I learned that bergamot stains.

That said, the new blend is coming along swimmingly.
